Continue to avoid white flour products and sugar!! Avoiding that crap has helped reduce my migraines and lose 39 inches. Shooting to continue in 2012!
I’m not making any new year’s resolutions this year. I always break them anyway. Plus, I’m pretty content with what I’m doing right now, anyway. I’m writing. I’m reading a lot. I’m eating better. I need to exercise more, but I think pretty much everyone says that. So, yeah. Skipping over the resolutions this year. And I’m totally okay with that.
